Buffalo Bills superfan, Pancho Billa, (Ezra Castro) who sadly passed away in 2019 after battling cancer, declined flowers for his funeral and instead asked for donations of backpacks with school supplies to be given to children in need. Since then, The Teacher’s Desk has provided over 75,000 PanchoPacks to school children throughout Western New York, and beyond, including Dallas, Texas where Ezra worked, and his family continues to reside. We are on track to build 20,000 PanchoPacks in 2024.
